Samuel 15:29
JPS-1917וְגַם֙ נֵ֣צַח יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לֹ֥א יְשַׁקֵּ֖ר וְלֹ֣א יִנָּחֵ֑ם כִּ֣י לֹ֥א אָדָ֛ם ה֖וּא לְהִנָּחֵֽם׃
And also the Glory of Israel will not lie nor repent; for He is not a man, that He should repent.’

KOREN
And also the Eternal One of Yisra᾽el will not lie nor change his mind: for he is not a man, that he should change his mind.
