Psalms 76:12
JPS-1917נִ֥דְר֣וּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ֮ לַיהֹוָ֢ה אֱֽלֹהֵ֫יכֶ֥ם כׇּל־סְבִיבָ֑יו יֹבִ֥ילוּ שַׁ֝֗י לַמּוֹרָֽא׃
Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God; Let all that are round about Him bring presents unto Him that is to be feared;
