Psalms 107:39
JPS-1917וַיִּמְעֲט֥וּ וַיָּשֹׁ֑חוּ מֵעֹ֖צֶר רָעָ֣ה וְיָגֽוֹן׃
Again, they are minished and dwindle away Through oppression of evil and sorrow.
