Leviticus 4:16
JPS-1917וְהֵבִ֛יא הַכֹּהֵ֥ן הַמָּשִׁ֖יחַ מִדַּ֣ם הַפָּ֑ר אֶל־אֹ֖הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
And the anointed priest shall bring of the blood of the bullock to the tent of meeting.
