Isaiah 59:20
JPS-1917וּבָ֤א לְצִיּוֹן֙ גּוֹאֵ֔ל וּלְשָׁבֵ֥י פֶ֖שַׁע בְּיַֽעֲקֹ֑ב נְאֻ֖ם יְהֹוָֽה׃
And a redeemer will come to Zion, And unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, Saith the LORD.
