Isaiah 32:5
JPS-1917לֹא־יִקָּרֵ֥א ע֛וֹד לְנָבָ֖ל נָדִ֑יב וּלְכִילַ֕י לֹ֥א יֵאָמֵ֖ר שֽׁוֹעַ׃
The vile person shall be no more called liberal, Nor the churl said to be noble.
