Ezra-Nehemiah 21:2
JPS-1917וַֽיְבָרְכ֖וּ הָעָ֑ם לְכֹל֙ הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֔ים הַמִּֽתְנַדְּבִ֔ים לָשֶׁ֖בֶת בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ {פ}
And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
