Book of the Twelve 31:2
JPS-1917וְגַ֥ם עַל־הָעֲבָדִ֖ים וְעַל־הַשְּׁפָח֑וֹת בַּיָּמִ֣ים הָהֵ֔מָּה אֶשְׁפּ֖וֹךְ אֶת־רוּחִֽי׃
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids In those days will I pour out My spirit.
