Book of the Twelve 25:6
JPS-1917וְחָלָ֥ה חֶ֙רֶב֙ בְּעָרָ֔יו וְכִלְּתָ֥ה בַדָּ֖יו וְאָכָ֑לָה מִֽמֹּעֲצ֖וֹתֵיהֶֽם׃
And the sword shall fall upon his cities, And shall consume his bars, and devour them, Because of their own counsels.

Because they refused to return, the sword shall abide in his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels.
