Book of the Twelve 62:5
JPS-1917וְאָ֥מְר֛וּ אַלֻּפֵ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה בְּלִבָּ֑ם אַמְצָ֥ה לִי֙ יֹשְׁבֵ֣י יְרוּשָׁלַ֔͏ִם בַּיהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃
And the chiefs of Judah shall say in their heart: ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength Through the LORD of hosts their God.’

And the governors of Yehuda shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Yerushalayim are my strength through the Lord of hosts their God.
