JPS-1917ק֤וֹל יְהֹוָה֙ לָעִ֣יר יִקְרָ֔א וְתוּשִׁיָּ֖ה יִרְאֶ֣ה שְׁמֶ֑ךָ שִׁמְע֥וּ מַטֶּ֖ה וּמִ֥י יְעָדָֽהּ׃
Hark! the LORD crieth unto the city— And it is wisdom to have regard for Thy name— Hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.

KOREN
The Lord’s voice cries to the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name: hear the rod, and who has appointed it.
