JPS-1917שָׁלַ֣ח יָ֭דָיו בִּשְׁלֹמָ֗יו חִלֵּ֥ל בְּרִיתֽוֹ׃
He hath put forth his hands against them that were at peace with him; He hath profaned his covenant.
