JPS-1917יוֹשֵׁ֣ב בַּשָּׁמַ֣יִם יִשְׂחָ֑ק אֲ֝דֹנָ֗י יִלְעַג־לָֽמוֹ׃
He that sitteth in heaven laugheth, the Lord hath them in derision.
