Psalms 119:61
JPS-1917חֶבְלֵ֣י רְשָׁעִ֣ים עִוְּדֻ֑נִי תּ֥֝וֹרָתְךָ֗ לֹ֣א שָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃
The bands of the wicked have enclosed me; but I have not forgotten Thy law.
