Psalms 102:18
JPS-1917פָּ֭נָה אֶל־תְּפִלַּ֣ת הָעַרְעָ֑ר וְלֹא־בָ֝זָ֗ה אֶת־תְּפִלָּתָֽם׃
When He hath regarded the prayer of the destitute, And hath not despised their prayer.
