Psalms 10:13
JPS-1917עַל־מֶ֤ה ׀ נִאֵ֖ץ רָשָׁ֥ע ׀ אֱלֹהִ֑ים אָמַ֥ר בְּ֝לִבּ֗וֹ לֹ֣א תִדְרֹֽשׁ׃
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God, And say in his heart: 'Thou wilt not require'?
