Isaiah 44:26
JPS-1917מֵקִים֙ דְּבַ֣ר עַבְדּ֔וֹ וַעֲצַ֥ת מַלְאָכָ֖יו יַשְׁלִ֑ים הָאֹמֵ֨ר לִירוּשָׁלַ֜͏ִם תּוּשָׁ֗ב וּלְעָרֵ֤י יְהוּדָה֙ תִּבָּנֶ֔ינָה וְחׇרְבוֹתֶ֖יהָ אֲקוֹמֵֽם׃
That confirmeth the word of His servant, And performeth the counsel of His messengers; That saith of Jerusalem: ‘She shall be inhabited’; And of the cities of Judah: ‘They shall be built, And I will raise up the waste places thereof’;

that confirms the word of his servant, and performs the counsel of his messengers; that says to Yerushalayim, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Yehuda, They shall be rebuilt, and their ruins I shall raise up.
