Isaiah 19:10
JPS-1917וְהָי֥וּ שָׁתֹתֶ֖יהָ מְדֻכָּאִ֑ים כׇּל־עֹ֥שֵׂי שֶׂ֖כֶר אַגְמֵי־נָֽפֶשׁ׃
And her foundations shall be crushed, All they that make dams shall be grieved in soul.
