Exodus 16:2
JPS-1917(וילינו) [וַיִּלּ֜וֹנוּ] כׇּל־עֲדַ֧ת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל עַל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה וְעַֽל־אַהֲרֹ֖ן בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃
And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron in the wilderness;
