Deuteronomy 19:7
JPS-1917עַל־כֵּ֛ן אָנֹכִ֥י מְצַוְּךָ֖ לֵאמֹ֑ר שָׁלֹ֥שׁ עָרִ֖ים תַּבְדִּ֥יל לָֽךְ׃
Wherefore I command thee, saying: ‘Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.’
