Book of the Twelve 57:13
JPS-1917וַיְהִ֥י כַאֲשֶׁר־קָרָ֖א וְלֹ֣א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ כֵּ֤ן יִקְרְאוּ֙ וְלֹ֣א אֶשְׁמָ֔ע אָמַ֖ר יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃
And it came to pass that, as He called, and they would not hear; so they shall call, and I will not hear, said the LORD of hosts;

And so, when he cried, and they would not hear, the Lord of hosts said: So shall they cry, and I will not hear;
