Book of the Twelve 46:13
JPS-1917וְהָיְתָ֥ה הָאָ֛רֶץ לִשְׁמָמָ֖ה עַל־יֹשְׁבֶ֑יהָ מִפְּרִ֖י מַעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ {פ}
And the land shall be desolate for them that dwell therein, Because of the fruit of their doings.
