JPS-1917בְּאַוָּתִ֖י וְאֶסֳּרֵ֑ם וְאֻסְּפ֤וּ עֲלֵיהֶם֙ עַמִּ֔ים בְּאׇסְרָ֖ם לִשְׁתֵּ֥י (עינתם) [עוֹנֹתָֽם]׃
When it is My desire, I will chastise them; And the peoples shall be gathered against them, When they are yoked to their two rings.

KOREN
When I so desire, I will chastise them; and the peoples shall be gathered against them, when they are harnessed for labour in their two furrows.
