Psalms 89:35
JPS-1917לֹֽא־אֲחַלֵּ֥ל בְּרִיתִ֑י וּמוֹצָ֥א שְׂ֝פָתַ֗י לֹ֣א אֲשַׁנֶּֽה׃
My covenant will I not profane, Nor alter that which is gone out of My lips.
