Psalms 83:3
JPS-1917כִּֽי־הִנֵּ֣ה א֭וֹיְבֶיךָ יֶהֱמָי֑וּן וּ֝מְשַׂנְאֶ֗יךָ נָ֣שְׂאוּ רֹֽאשׁ׃
For, lo, Thine enemies are in an uproar; And they that hate Thee have lifted up the head.
