Psalms 115:3
JPS-1917וֵאלֹהֵ֥ינוּ בַשָּׁמָ֑יִם כֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁר־חָפֵ֣ץ עָשָֽׂה׃
But our God is in the heavens; Whatsoever pleased Him He hath done.
