Psalms 107:40
JPS-1917׆ שֹׁפֵ֣ךְ בּ֭וּז עַל־נְדִיבִ֑ים וַ֝יַּתְעֵ֗ם בְּתֹ֣הוּ לֹא־דָֽרֶךְ׃
He poureth contempt upon princes, And causeth them to wander in the waste, where there is no way.
