Jeremiah 33:9
JPS-1917וְהָ֣יְתָה לִּ֗י לְשֵׁ֤ם שָׂשׂוֹן֙ לִתְהִלָּ֣ה וּלְתִפְאֶ֔רֶת לְכֹ֖ל גּוֹיֵ֣י הָאָ֑רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִשְׁמְע֜וּ אֶת־כׇּל־הַטּוֹבָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר אָנֹכִי֙ עֹשֶׂ֣ה אוֹתָ֔ם וּפָחֲד֣וּ וְרָגְז֗וּ עַ֤ל כׇּל־הַטּוֹבָה֙ וְעַ֣ל כׇּל־הַשָּׁל֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָנֹכִ֖י עֹ֥שֶׂה לָּֽהּ׃ {ס}
And this city shall be to Me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure unto it.

And it shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and an honour before all the nations of the earth, who shall hear all the good that I do to them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure to it:
