Isaiah 51:15
JPS-1917וְאָֽנֹכִי֙ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ רֹגַ֣ע הַיָּ֔ם וַיֶּהֱמ֖וּ גַּלָּ֑יו יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁמֽוֹ׃
For I am the LORD thy God, Who stirreth up the sea, that the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is His name.
