Ezra-Nehemiah 13:9
JPS-1917וְעַל־יָדָ֤ם הֶחֱזִיק֙ רְפָיָ֣ה בֶן־ח֔וּר שַׂ֕ר חֲצִ֖י פֶּ֥לֶךְ יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ {ס}
And next unto them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem.
