Chronicles 36:15
JPS-1917עַתָּ֗ה עֵינַי֙ יִהְי֣וּ פְתֻח֔וֹת וְאׇזְנַ֖י קַשֻּׁב֑וֹת לִתְפִלַּ֖ת הַמָּק֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
Now Mine eyes shall be open, and Mine ears attent, unto the prayer that is made in this place.

Now my eyes shall be open and my ears be attentive to the prayer that is made in this place.
