Book of the Twelve 67:12
JPS-1917וְהִשְׁאַרְתִּ֣י בְקִרְבֵּ֔ךְ עַ֥ם עָנִ֖י וָדָ֑ל וְחָס֖וּ בְּשֵׁ֥ם יְהֹוָֽה׃
And I will leave in the midst of thee An afflicted and poor people, And they shall take refuge in the name of the LORD.
