Psalms 37:21
JPS-1917לֹוֶ֣ה רָ֭שָׁע וְלֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם וְ֝צַדִּ֗יק חוֹנֵ֥ן וְנוֹתֵֽן׃
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not; but the righteous dealeth graciously, and giveth.
