Psalms 147:11
JPS-1917רוֹצֶ֣ה יְ֭הֹוָה אֶת־יְרֵאָ֑יו אֶת־הַֽמְיַחֲלִ֥ים לְחַסְדּֽוֹ׃
The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, In those that wait for His mercy.
