Job 36:32
JPS-1917עַל־כַּפַּ֥יִם כִּסָּה־א֑וֹר וַיְצַ֖ו עָלֶ֣יהָ בְמַפְגִּֽיעַ׃
He covereth His hands with the lightning, And giveth it a charge that it strike the mark.
