Isaiah 55:4
JPS-1917הֵ֛ן עֵ֥ד לְאוּמִּ֖ים נְתַתִּ֑יו נָגִ֥יד וּמְצַוֵּ֖ה לְאֻמִּֽים׃
Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, A prince and commander to the peoples.
