Isaiah 54:15
JPS-1917הֵ֣ן גּ֥וֹר יָג֛וּר אֶ֖פֶס מֵאוֹתִ֑י מִי־גָ֥ר אִתָּ֖ךְ עָלַ֥יִךְ יִפּֽוֹל׃
Behold, they may gather together, but not by Me; Whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall because of thee.
