Deuteronomy 15:13
JPS-1917וְכִֽי־תְשַׁלְּחֶ֥נּוּ חׇפְשִׁ֖י מֵֽעִמָּ֑ךְ לֹ֥א תְשַׁלְּחֶ֖נּוּ רֵיקָֽם׃
And when thou lettest him go free from thee, thou shalt not let him go empty;
