JPS-1917אִם־יִתָּקַ֤ע שׁוֹפָר֙ בְּעִ֔יר וְעָ֖ם לֹ֣א יֶחֱרָ֑דוּ אִם־תִּֽהְיֶ֤ה רָעָה֙ בְּעִ֔יר וַיהֹוָ֖ה לֹ֥א עָשָֽׂה׃
Shall the horn be blown in a city, And the people not tremble? Shall evil befall a city, And the LORD hath not done it?

KOREN
Shall a shofar be sounded in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall evil befall a city, and the Lord has not done it?
