Book of the Twelve 10:9
JPS-1917כֻּלֹּה֙ לְחָמָ֣ס יָב֔וֹא מְגַמַּ֥ת פְּנֵיהֶ֖ם קָדִ֑ימָה וַיֶּאֱסֹ֥ף כַּח֖וֹל שֶֽׁבִי׃
They come all of them for violence; Their faces are set eagerly as the east wind; And they gather captives as the sand.

KOREN
They shall come all of them to do violence; their faces set towards the east: and they shall gather captives like sand.
