Psalms 74:21
JPS-1917אַל־יָשֹׁ֣ב דַּ֣ךְ נִכְלָ֑ם עָנִ֥י וְ֝אֶבְי֗וֹן יְֽהַלְל֥וּ שְׁמֶֽךָ׃
O let not the oppressed turn back in confusion; Let the poor and needy praise Thy name.
