Psalms 147:8
JPS-1917הַֽמְכַסֶּ֬ה שָׁמַ֨יִם ׀ בְּעָבִ֗ים הַמֵּכִ֣ין לָאָ֣רֶץ מָטָ֑ר הַמַּצְמִ֖יחַ הָרִ֣ים חָצִֽיר׃
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, Who prepareth rain for the earth, Who maketh the mountains to spring with grass.
