Psalms 113:7
JPS-1917מְקִ֥ימִ֣י מֵעָפָ֣ר דָּ֑ל מֵ֝אַשְׁפֹּ֗ת יָרִ֥ים אֶבְיֽוֹן׃
Who raiseth up the poor out of the dust, And lifteth up the needy out of the dunghill;
