Numbers 35:26
JPS-1917וְאִם־יָצֹ֥א יֵצֵ֖א הָרֹצֵ֑חַ אֶת־גְּבוּל֙ עִ֣יר מִקְלָט֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָנ֖וּס שָֽׁמָּה׃
But if the manslayer shall at any time go beyond the border of his city of refuge, whither he fleeth;
