Leviticus 22:31
JPS-1917וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֙ מִצְוֺתַ֔י וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֹתָ֑ם אֲנִ֖י יְהֹוָֽה׃
And ye shall keep My commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.

ועשיתם. זֶה הַמַּעֲשֶׂה (ספרא):
ושמרתם — This implies the study of the commandments, ועשיתם, the doing of them (Sifra, Emor, Chapter 9 3).
