Isaiah 22:6
JPS-1917וְעֵילָם֙ נָשָׂ֣א אַשְׁפָּ֔ה בְּרֶ֥כֶב אָדָ֖ם פָּרָשִׁ֑ים וְקִ֥יר עֵרָ֖ה מָגֵֽן׃
And Elam bore the quiver, with troops of men, even horsemen; And Kir uncovered the shield.
