Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto Me in the year.

רגלים. פְּעָמִים; וְכֵן כִּי הִכִּיתַנִי זֶה שָׁלֹשׁ רְגָלִים (במדבר כ"ב):
רגלים means TIMES. Similar is, (Numbers 22:28) “that thou hast smitten me these three times (רגלים)”.
