Exodus 10:27
JPS-1917וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק יְהֹוָ֖ה אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he would not let them go.
