Psalms 89:16
JPS-1917אַשְׁרֵ֣י הָ֭עָם יֹדְעֵ֣י תְרוּעָ֑ה יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה בְּֽאוֹר־פָּנֶ֥יךָ יְהַלֵּכֽוּן׃
Happy is the people that know the joyful shout; They walk, O LORD, in the light of Thy countenance.
