Psalms 58:3
JPS-1917אַף־בְּלֵב֮ עוֹלֹ֢ת תִּפְעָ֫ל֥וּן בָּאָ֡רֶץ חֲמַ֥ס יְ֝דֵיכֶ֗ם תְּפַלֵּסֽוּן׃
Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; Ye weigh out in the earth the violence of your hands.
